  • Completes all assigned opening/closing sidework to prepare banquet room.
  • Cleans and organizes assigned banquet tables.
  • Carries plates and/or service trays to and from kitchen.
  • Serves customers in a professional manner.
  • Cross-serves and/or assists banquet team members on an as-needed basis.
  • Communicates health and/or safety concerns/violations immediately to management.
  • Re-stocks items for the banquet area as needed and alerts kitchen staff of stock shortages.
  • Applies knowledge of full menu and other restaurant information.
