Overview

Honda Natick is looking to hire you if you enjoy working with people and have held, been successful at, and ENJOYED one or more customer-facing positions .

Responsibilities

Your role will be to provide prospective buyers of Honda vehicles with information about the award-winning Honda product line. We will teach you the Bernardi Sales Process and the Honda product. You will succeed by focusing your efforts on providing superior services to customers who are looking to purchase a new Honda vehicle or a low-mileage pre-owned vehicle.Approach, greet, and offer assistance to prospective customers.

  • Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and considering their responses.
  • Keep abreast of Honda products and their competitors so as to present a compelling feature/benefit presentation.
  • Point out key vehicle features during test drive.
  • Exhibit high level of commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Attend product and sales training courses offered by the dealership
  • Write sales orders.
  • Explain features of a new vehicle during its delivery to your customer.
  • Maintain professional appearance, wear company-issued apparel.

Requirements:

  • Ability to communicate effectively in person, on phone, and through email
  • Desire to learn product information and sales process
  • Must be 21 Years Old
  • Valid US Driver’s License
  • Clean Driving Record
  • Customer-facing experience in areas such as Customer Service, Retail, Sales. Automotive Sales experience is NOT required!
