Administrative Assistant (1 Year Maternity Contract)

Reporting to the Operation Manager the Administrative Assistant will be responsible for a variety of tasks that support the effective functioning of the Management Team. You will provide informational, customer service, and technical support while using your critical thinking, confidentiality and sensitivity, strong communication skills.

Our ideal candidate will be a high functioning self starter who is able multi-task in a busy environment as well as perform within policies and procedures, Internal Control Standards and objectives, and in accordance with the Mission, Vision and Value Statements of Chances Prince Rupert.

Job Requirements:

  • Must be 19+
  • Serving It Right
  • The ability to successfully complete a criminal record and credit check through the Gaming Policy and Enforcement Branch (GPEB)
