We have a BRAND NEW Recruiting position available in the South Towns of Western New York! This is an awesome opportunity to join a growing team, growing industry, in a family-like business.

Position Basics:

  • Full time, Monday through Friday. 8AM to 5PM
  • Medical benefits available
  • Generous PTO accruals / allowance
  • Negotiable pay - based on experience, plus bonus potential

Job Duties:

  • Building professional working relationships with our clientele
  • Full cycle recruiting (sourcing candidates, interviewing, counseling, and executing our recruitment plan)
  • Occasional local travel to visit and meet with clientele (all in the South Towns)
  • Other administrative duties as assigned (basic filing, office phones, emails, assistance with payroll, etc.)

Skills Required:

  • Previous recruiting experience (minimum of 1 year)
  • Creativity
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong computer skills (MS Office, Windows, and the ability to learn new software programs/databases)
  • Adaptability
