What are we looking for?

We are looking for a Warehouse Associate for our Detroit TVS Branch, a division of Conference Technologies Inc. We are looking for a candidate whose attitude, skills, and work ethic will embody our mission “to provide a fantastic customer experience.” Our warehouse associates are sharp, organized, and friendly administrative professionals who work with our sales, technical, and accounting staff to help CTI meet our goal of providing a fantastic customer experience. We are looking for somebody dependable, personable, and enthusiastic who embraces any challenges that come his or her way. What are your responsibilities?

-Enter all jobs into tracking program, creating job and work order numbers as needed.

-Schedule all freelance and in house labor, and vehicles for all projects.

-Ensure that all jobs are staffed with the correct number and skill level of personnel.

-Keep calendars and primary operations systems in sync.

-Keep master job number sheet up to date.

-Ensure that freelance invoices are correct for billing.

-Ensure that sub rental bills are correct.

-Cut and submit PO’s as needed.

-Ensure that billing is correct and complete before submitting.

-Establish and maintain policies and procedures for the efficient prepping and check in of jobs.

-Ensure that layout of warehouse is conducive to a logical work flow.

-Ensure that equipment assets are correct in the tracking program

-Ensure that needed sub-rentals are booked, received and returned correctly.

-Establish repair policies and procedures with tracking program.

-Establish policies for tracking of vehicles’

-Ensure vehicles are maintained.

-Establish policy for gear that is off site from main warehouse

-You can work independently with minimal guidance (but aren’t afraid to ask the right questions when you need help!).

-You have strong verbal and written communication skills, and can be the face of our company to our clients.

Does experience count?

- Minimum high school degree required

- Prefer at least 1-2 years in a corporate or hospitality environment

-Customer service experience.
