So, where do you fit in?

We are looking for a helpdesk and IT specialist for our corporate St. Louis branch whose attitude, skills, and work ethic will embody our mission “to provide a fantastic customer experience”. Somebody who is passionate about technology and has excellent customer service skills to assist all of our internal employees with their IT needs. We will provide the necessary training, support, and work environment to help you succeed. We take pride in our employees, who are known in the industry as customer focused problem-solvers who can get the job done.

These responsibilities will give you an idea, but not a full picture of what you will do as a Helpdesk and IT Specialist, as we work to embrace and capitalize on our employee’s strengths:

-Windows Desktop and Server

-Microsoft Office Lync UC & Telephony Videoconferencing

-VMware Virus/Malware Removal

-Software/Hardware Upgrades

-Data Recovery

-Remote Assistance

- Other tasks as assigned

Experience:

-Associates degree is preferred

- Prefer at least a year of IT and helpdesk experience
