CXC design, manage, and deliver outsourced contractor management programs across the globe. We need an experienced Resourcing Consultant who will own the relationship with our clients, suppliers and contractors to ensure that they receive the best possible service from CXC. Service is at our core.

We are currently seeking to hire a Resourcing Consultant Specialist to join our growing Managed Services Team in the UK who will be responsible for managing the onboarding process for new clients and Contingent Workers. The role will be based on client site or at our office.

We ideally need you to have the following on your CV:

  • A 2.1 honours degree in business, HR or similar discipline
  • Solid 1-2 years’+ experience within recruitment (agency or inhouse) or in HR Admin
  • Experience of managing the full cycle of hiring and onboarding workers
  • Evidence of flexibility within current/previous roles
  • Strong attention to detail and administration skills (strong excel skills is highly desirable)
  • Service and Solutions Orientated

Your work will be varied. Below will be some of your core responsibilities:

  • Building and maintaining excellent relationships with clients, suppliers and contingent
  • Decrease cost per hire and time to hire metrics whilst maintaining a high quality of hire
  • Managing Suppliers and Contingent Workers.
  • Ensuring a smooth on-boarding process for newly hired Contingent Workers and proactive management to ensure they are engaged throughout
  • Collate onboarding data for the Operations team and run regular reports on new joiners and for payroll and compliance
  • contract generation and onboarding administration
  • Given the nature of the role and the high volumes the role will require the successful candidate to be flexible in terms of managing their own roles, managing onboarding and recruitment administration at times
