Ecostar Double Glazing is the Australian division of a major European UPVC window and door manufacturer that has been successfully trading since 1979. Ecostar is the market leader with an award winning range and an investment in people internal staff policy.

We are looking to recruit a hardworking, enthusiastic individual in the position of Installation Coordinator. The role is varied and is very customer focused so the ideal individual will have exception telephone and written communication skills.

Task will include but are not limited to:

  • Project scheduling
  • Updating customers on project timelines
  • Raising customer invoices
  • Booking service calls and updating the service diary
  • Collecting customer payments at various stages of completion
  • Customer service
  • Survey booking
  • Survey and Installation administration
  • Updating the CRM system ( training given)
  • Customer finance reconciliation
  • Bank reconciliation of survey, delivery and final customer payments
  • Filing and archiving

Skills/Qualifications:

  • IT literate. experience in using a CRM system
  • Advance skills in MS word, Excell and outlook essential
  • Experience in finance/accounts
  • Have strong administration skills with high attention to detail
  • Highly organised with excellent time management skills
  • Excellent customer skills and a positive “can do attitude”
  • Target driven

  • Good problem solving skills.
  • Be reliable
