Support Agent - Customer Feedback Management (m/f)

This role will be based out of our lovely Berlin office in Mitte close to Checkpoint Charlie.

Primary Responsibilities Will Include

  • Customer Feedback Management (80%) : Manage our client's customer reviews in alignment with our review guidlines.
  • Support (20%): Make contact with our clients via phone and deliver a high quality support service explaining the value of authentic reviews and its management and handling.
  • Anti Fraud & Complaint Management (20%): Handle fraud cases together with our legal team in a professional manner and deal with any kind of complaints.

Requirements

  • Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent required. Would ideally suit someone currently pursuing a University Degree
  • Very good organizational and execution skills, focus on detail
  • You have an eye for detail and work rigorously.
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • You are a good person
