The eKomi Project Management Office (PMO)

The PMO is responsible for the program, product, and professional services management carrying the main responsibility for our product and service delivery and our customers experience and satisfaction.

In close collaboration with the product management the PMO defines the product roadmap and release plan, prioritizing feature and product development due to the company´s KPIs. The PMO plans and executes successful product rollouts while coordinating the communication program. It educates our teams, partners and customers in any aspect of our products and the best practices in feedback management.

The PMO provides deep product knowledge and documentation to the sales and service teams securing the alignment of sales proposals to our product, service and project delivery as well as high order success rates. The PMO standardizes and consolidates the customer and internal project process consistent across all departments and services of eKomi implementing and maintaining a repeatable, transparent and secure project delivery process while acting as champions of project managementwithin the organization.

Target of the PMO team is the success of our customers and our sales divisions when rolling out Feedback Management as the top-notch business partner of our global customers.

Head of Project Management Office (PMO)

The Head of PMO, member of the eKomi Management and reporting to the CEO, oversees the program, product, and professional services management carrying the main responsibility for our customers experience and satisfaction. He defines the product roadmap and release plan together with our Product Management, prioritizing feature and product development due to our target KPIs. He coordinates product rollouts and sets resource allocation percentages by product line. He establishes and maintains an effective pricing matrix and methodology ensuring optimal gross margins across all products and projects driving profitability to our targets. He assures alignment of sales proposals and promises to product, project and service delivery securing high order rates and successful product and service delivery.


  • Program, product and professional service management

  • Driving gross margin across all products and services and the companies operative profitability and growth


  • Successfully completed studies in economics
  • +8 years’ experience in a similar position with focus on digital solutions
  • Capacity to see hidden potential in staff members and to coach or mentor them to realize their potential
  • Fluent proficiency in spoken and written German and English, additional languages as a plus
  • Strong business acumen and people acumen, and ability to influence business leaders at a managerial level around product development, marketing and sales
  • Ability to see and develop product value propositions
  • Strong vision setting and strategic thinking skills
  • Excellent cross-group collaboration, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Very good organizational and execution skills, focus on detail
  • Strong team player who can work independently
  • Strong analytical mind and the ability to think for yourself
  • Highly motivated, self-starter and goal-oriented
