This role will be based out of our lovely Berlin office in Mitte close to Checkpoint Charlie.

We are looking for an Administrative Manager to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for all office management as well as payroll support and elevating our presence in the local market as an employer of choice.

ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Planning and execution of administrative tasks
  • Support and back-up to HR/pay-roll team
  • Handling of internal and external communication in a friendly, determined and competent manner
  • Facility Management
  • Reception Management
  • Creation and execution of processes

Qualifications

  • Experience in field of HR
  • Outstanding organizational skills, accuracy and reliability
  • Ability to cope with complex tasks and challenging situations quickly
  • You are self-organized, assertive and friendly
  • IT literate with full proficiency acros the MS Office suite
  • Fluent German speaker, with excellent English skills both orally and written
  • Nice to have: previous experience gained within an IT company or agency
