Team Leader Customer Service

The CSR Team Leader is responsible for providing leadership and coaching to a team of Customer Service Representatives. Monitors and reports team call volumes. Trains, supports, develop, coaches, and motivates Customer Service Representatives. The position reports to the Call Center Director.

Qualifications include: High school education or equivalent required. At least 3 years of customer service experience in a call center environment, preferably in the Medicaid managed care or insurance industry. Previous supervisory experience preferred but not required.
