You will be working along side more senior chefs and training to a high level of fine dining in a busy kitchen serving up to 250 guests at one time. This will include all serves (Breakfast, Lunch, Afternoon Tea & Dinner).
- Maintaining high standards of hygiene
- Preparing the ingredients for a more senior chef
- Measuring dish ingredients and portion sizes accurately
- Dealing with deliveries and stock rotation
