EVF Performance is the home of CrossFit Columbus Circle and CrossFit Upper East Side, offering CrossFit and sports conditioning programs for adults, kids and corporate groups. Founded by acclaimed New York City fitness coach Eric Von Frohlich, the EVF Performance family of companies includes EVF Performance, CrossFit Upper East Side, and CrossFit Columbus Circle.
Sister company Row House — founded by Frohlich and his wife, Debra — is a booming boutique fitness studio offering indoor rowing-based group workouts.
We are actively looking for great people to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for the right person to get in on the ground floor with our team and get to know the business at Upper East Side and/or Upper West Side locations.

Present membership options and prices to prospective members
Effectively close sales on memberships and class packages to new and existing clients
Deliver exceptional customer service, creating the best possible experience for every EVF Performance athlete
Work with members and potential clients in person, over the phone and through email
Assist the studio management in completing daily tasks, checklists, duties, retail inventory management and projects
Work quickly and efficiently to ensure studio is clean and welcoming
Provide all potential members and guests with an enthusiastic and informative facility presentation based on individual needs
Act as a resource for any questions and/or inquiries regarding classes
Assist Studio Management with training of new front desk staff
Maintain the fun, friendly, team-oriented EVF Performance culture
Always smiling and making sure every customer has a great experience!
Previous experience in the fitness industry required; strong sales skills highly preferred
Experience using Mindbody required
Must be a TEAM player with the ability to work well with customers, teammates, and studio management
Must be personable with excellent communication and customer service skills
Flexible to work day, evening and/or weekend hours as needed
Must be extremely organized and detail oriented
Must be proactive in accomplishing necessary tasks and projects
Must be able to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced studio environment
Must possess strong problem solving skills
Must be friendly and willing to go above and beyond to help a customer or teammate
