Founded by two friends with a unique vision for the future of restaurants. We dream up, design, and operate a growing network of retail food robots at places like Levi's Stadium (home of the SF 49ers) and major tech companies and campuses around the bay area. Frobot's the first manifestation of our vision, with so much more to come. We're based in Fremont, CA (10 min walk from the nearest bart station), we have a fun, collaborative work environment with, of course, all of the best office goodies. About You

  • A strong multi-tasker with an exceptional ability to prioritize and manage time effectively – you naturally focus on the right things and can seamlessly move between projects & tasks, without losing sight of what's important to do
  • Naturally curious and have a self-starter personality
  • An outstanding communicator with relationship-building skills
  • An owner mentality – you can't remember the last time you said "that's not my problem"
  • Gritty and able to hustle – you get things done even after everyone else has given up, and work hard because you love to

The Role

  • You will run all the on-ground activities to build the foundation for Frobot to succeed
  • Become an expert on your city: understand the restaurant landscape, pain points, and market opportunity for Frobot
  • Develop a world-class operations team that consistently provides the highest-quality service by establishing standards for performance and managing & monitoring how people do
  • Identify and acquire top notch locations that will accelerate our growth
  • Consistently innovate and execute on unique strategies for improving our operations
  • Work cross-functionally with our Product, Engineering, Sales, Analytics, and BD teams to streamline procedures, strengthen our product, and improve the way we do things


  • 2-4 years of operational, analytical, or sales / biz dev experience
  • BA/BS
  • Proven leadership abilities
  • Flexibility to travel
