- A strong advisor, provide home selling guidance, answering questions, and articulating a crystal-clear value proposition.

- A quota-carrying service-oriented performer who can handle customer inquiries - friendly and otherwise - and leave the customer smiling at the end of the conversation.

- A consultative and expedient service approach with timely response and follow-up.

Minimum Requirements

  • 2+ years experience interacting with buyers and sellers as an agent or broker
  • Comprehensive understanding of real estate transactions
  • Ability to maintain a high level of productivity and work effectively under the pressure of time
  • Ability to speak and write professionally
  • An active real estate license
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Intimate & Professional Knowledge of All C.A.R. Forms, Zipforms, Docusign, and completing a real estate transaction 100% digitally.
