SUMMARY:Assist with the daily operation of the repair shop. This includes handling the documentation and orderly flow of work through the repair shops.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: • Manage and train Repair Coordinators• Oversee implementation of new SOP' s• Ensure standardization of Repair Coordinator rules throughout the company Provide support when needed due to high level of business activity• Provide backup support during vacations• Ensure repair manuals and parts lists are kept up to date• Verify that repair jobs are quoted on time and with proper documentation• Verify that jobs that will not be repaired are returned to the customer or scrapped in 60 daysVerify final documents are included (as required)• SDS sheet• Incoming job pictures• Measurement tool checks• Pictures of any significant part that is replaced• As found details• Equipment quote• Incoming parts inspection• Balance report• Final equipment check sheet• Final as built pictures• Pictures of tagging• Pictures as packaged• Subject matter expert (SME) on Smartsheet• Ensure production meetings are scheduled on a weekly basis at each repair shop QUALIFICATIONS:To perform the job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: High School Diploma preferred; minimum of two years similar experience in the service industry; PC skills required with working knowledge of Company ERP program, MS Windows, Word, and Excel; must be able to develop and maintain spreadsheets and databases.LANGUAGE SKILLS: Basic EnglishMATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Basic Math skills
