Selected candidates will receive an opportunity to complete an application. Successful candidates will be placed into our candidate pool and will receive invitations to our Flight Attendant Recruiting Sessions as they are scheduled. You will have the flexibility to choose a session that best fits your schedule and availability!

A Flight Attendant Invite Only Recruiting Session is an information/interview session where Inflight management discusses the job in detail, including training and benefits, and you have an opportunity to participate in an interview process.

To be considered, you must:

  • Meet the minimum qualifications/requirements below
  • Be willing to live or commute to an assigned base location
  • You must not have interviewed/submitted an application with Omni Air for a Flight Attendant position in the past twelve (12) months
  • Be able to pass a 10-year Background Check & Drug Screen
  • If you have any serious criminal convictions within the last 5 years, like a DWI/DUI, it can limit your ability to fly internationally and can prevent you from securing a job with Omni. If you receive an opportunity to join our training pool during the recruiting session, you will be required to pass a drug test the same day.


  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Must be able to speak, write, and read fluent English.
  • Must have customer service or public service experience; hospitality/beverage preferred.
  • Ability to work variable blocks of duty days each month and 19 or more continuous days away from Base including nights, weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to work scheduled flight duty periods of 20 hours or more and deadhead travel periods of 26 hours or more.
  • Must maintain valid travel documents and no impediment preventing entry to all international destinations serviced by Omni.
  • Must attend and successfully complete Omni Flight Attendant training.



  • Entails 4 weeks of classroom lectures, home study, daily testing, and on the job training
  • Facility is located in Atlanta, GA; Omni covers travel to/from Atlanta and hotel
  • Participants receive $200 per each week successfully completed


  • $19.67 per block hour with a 65 hour per month guarantee with a pay increase starting after the 1st year; you are immediately eligible for additional call out pay when you fly on scheduled days off

Invitations to each session may be limited by room capacity. Omni does not pay for travel or hotel accommodations for the session. Please, no phone calls.
