Computer Technician I

- Salary: $13.00 to $15.00 /hour
- Monitor the help desk system and assign ticket to appropriate team member as needed, for all 3 locations.
- Respond to help desk tickets, via the system, in a timely fashion and work self-sufficiently to complete assigned tasks as swiftly as possible.
- Troubleshooting basic problems with company phones, tablets ,laptops, desktops, printers and network, will be required to complete tickets
- Additionally, basic troubleshooting or installation of hardware and software may be required
- After initial troubleshooting and clarification, escalate more complex problems to senior team members, by reassigning the ticket.
- Installation and configuration of new computers.
- Basic IP networking knowledge preferred but not required
- Great opportunity to obtain real work experience. Must be willing to learn.
- Work days- Monday-Friday, 25-29 hours per week
- Reports to IT Manager
- Daily report of work completed and turned in to IT Manager
