Construction Project Manager

Seminole Masonry is a family owned and operated Masonry and Precast Concrete company that has been in business for over 17 years.

Position Summary:

  • Oversee multiple jobs from start to finish
  • Prepare submittals; buying out projects
  • Managing permits and inspections
  • Prepare and maintain RFI's -Prepare requests for change orders
  • Attend onsite meetings
  • Provide bi-weekly updates and daily job reports
  • Prepare budgets and job schedules; manage job costs

Minimum Qualifications :

  • 10 Hour OSHA Class
  • Three to Five years of Related PM Experience in Construction
  • Microsoft Excel Proficiency
  • Microsoft Project Proficiency
  • Exceptional Leadership Skills
  • Problem-solving Capability
  • Multi-tasking and Time Management Skills
  • Read Blue Prints/Plans
