Job Description

  • Foreign Workers management includes conduct onboarding program
  • Handles foreign workers affairs including attending to queries, complaints, disciplinary issues and hostel management issues
  • Liaise closely with landlords/houseowners on any issues;
  • Conduct periodic spot checks and audits at workers’ hostel
  • Act as the main point of contact for all aspects relating to foreign workers
  • Maintain positive relations with foreign workers through engagement activities
  • To conduct any ad hoc tasks when/if required


  • Possess own transport
  • Required skill(s): Industrial Relation
  • Committed & independent with ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Able to work independently
  • Able to interact with all levels of people
  • Working experience in manufacturing sector
  • Good command of Bahasa Malaysia & English
  • Strong commitment and positive learning attitude
  • Preferably Male
  • Willing to work in Klang
