In the United States, Teixeira Duarte is a startup real estate development company stemming from their parent company (www.teixeiraduarte.pt/en/). As part of its entry, the company has purchased sites in the Turtle Creek area of Dallas on which they are building luxury high-rise apartment towers. Teixeira Duarte is looking for a motivated professional to assist in driving these projects forward.
The ideal candidate will be positioned to provide oversight during the full development cycle of a class “A” luxury high-rise apartment tower with an estimated total investment of approximately $50M including due diligence, planning, design, construction, occupancy and closeout.
The company is currently looking for a professional and responsible individual to fill the role of Associate Project Manager; someone who can help plan projects and establish the criteria by which project success will be measured. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing project coordination and inspection criteria, reviewing project designs, and ensuring the proper implementation of project elements.
