Central to the agency's strong, creative digital vision, we are now looking for a Senior Digital Project Manager to join our London office. You’ll be managing a broad range of integrated projects, so you’ll need to be a bit of an all-rounder. Based 2 minutes walk away from Barbican station, our team enjoys a relaxed work environment, situated just a few minutes away from the hustle and bustle of Smithfield market.

Your core purpose at TheTin:

There will be an emphasis on stakeholder management and client relationship skills. You’ll be comfortable taking a mixture of exciting digital projects from concept to delivery, generating budget estimates, project plans, and providing guidance to junior level staff. A high level of organisation is crucial to this role in order to deal with the number of quick turnaround projects that you’ll be overseeing.

With strong internal processes, the working environment will allow a confident, organised and process-driven Project Manager to thrive. Sitting in a growing and organised Project Management team, you will report directly to the Head of Project Management. Working alongside a sizeable and established Digital team, you’ll be providing management over the lifecycle of a project, as well as reporting on status, budget, and risks.

Key Skills and Experience Required:

  • A graduate degree, professional qualification, or equivalent project experience
  • 5-7 years of experience in an agency as a Project Manager with stakeholder management and client relationship experience.
  • Proven record of agile project management with knowledge of various project methodologies, e.g. Scrum, Kanban, DSDM (Scrum Master or PMP qualifications, and/or a fluency in Agile workflows would be advantageous)
  • Demonstrable experience managing large and complex projects with large project team
  • Managing project finances and delivering on time and budget

  • Be able to produce/review an accurate Project plans
  • Know and apply all best practices
  • Feel comfortable with multiple teamwork tools to satisfy internal and external necessities
  • Be proactive and problem solvers
  • Not wait to be asked to flag problems or concerns
  • Teach juniors and middleweights and always bring talent through and beyond - a great mentor to everyone
  • Own projects from beginning to end
  • Always deliver projects on time and budget
  • Act as a Product Owner
  • Be a master in prioritisation
  • Be able to understand the business objective of the client and the project
  • Feel comfortable in having difficult conversations with clients
  • Know all the steps of life cycle being able to explain them to middleweights and juniors

  • Technical background with architecture understanding and testing knowledge
  • Understand UX and IA: its necessity, benefits and differences between design and development
