Vatterott College has an excellent opportunity for a Director of Admissions. The Director of Admissions is responsible for ensuring the admission’s process delivery is in accordance with Vatterott Educational Centers, INC protocols, and all applicable regulatory agency standards. The Director of Admissions provides a leadership role for the Admissions Department. In addition, this position is responsible for hiring, training and monitoring the performance of admissions representatives to ensure adherence to protocols and successful student enrollments.


1. Ensures consistent operation of the department in accordance with all school and company policies, all applicable state and federal regulations and all accreditation standards.

2. Provides management with accurate daily performance reports related to recruitment, advertising and future new student enrollments in an online environment.

3. Plans admissions events for prospective students and raises the school’s visibility in towards learning reaching a wide audience.

4. Monitors admissions staff performance on a daily basis, providing timely feedback, and all necessary training to ensure qualitative and quantitative objectives are achieved in the admissions process.

5. Manages daily follow-up activity in regards to new prospective students and initiate and complete other projects as needed in a virtual learning environment


This position requires a minimum of three years of College Admissions, Sales, or Recruiting experience. In addition, it requires personal computer skills (Microsoft Office, inclusive of Word, Excel, and Outlook). Excellent spelling and grammar skills with the ability to communicate in a courteous, tactful and concise manner are essential.
